Spent Christmas here and had a great time! The food was delicious and the breakfast spread was amazing. Loved the fact that we could choose from traditional Mexican dishes. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the town but far enough for peace and quiet. The staff was super-friendly and always went out of their way to help us.

The seagrass on the beach was a bit of a disappointment, but it's out of their control. , we found the room to be a bit small for the price we paid.

Staff is committed to providing a first rate experience for guests and the setting is lovely. Several young families were also guests and their experiences were quite similar. This is a superb setting with an outstanding staff.

Everything is what I need and want.

The place is so run down and dingy and dirty. We were locked out of our room on the second floor terrace twice late at night and it took us 2 hours to get back in. I wouldn't even step foot in the pool and the towels were ripped and old. It was such a disappointment with the hotel. I would never return or tell anyone to go there.

Everything about Casasandra was perfect. The property is so beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and so comfortable. They have created a really special place on Holbox. The entire staff is amazing, Jamie especially, was so attentive and kind. Plus, they bartender is an artist! We could not have been happier with our stay at Casasandra!

Exceptionally friendly service, luxurious towels and bedlinen. Immaculately clean and tidy bedroom, albeit showing signs of age. Nice decor in dining room and lobby. Modern and pleasant pool area.

With beautifully appointed one-of-a kind-rooms, wonderful food, great staff, a pool oasis, and a long beach on the incredible blue ocean with the shade of palm trees, you just can't beat Casa Las Tortugas for a relaxing getaway. We spent 4 days with family and young grandkids and everyone had a a great time.

Literally the only problem was a disco farther done the beach that kept their thumping beat going until 5:00 am. But that was a nitin comparison to the lovely time we had at teh hotel.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever! The complementary drinks on arrival really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and amazing views. We also loved how the hotel offered free daily yoga sessions, which really helped us to relax and unwind.

The only downside to our stay was that the rooms were a bit pricey. We also had some trouble with the air conditioning in our room, which was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful hotel on the beach 400 meters from the centre of town. The room was beautiful, the view stunning,the love and attention given in creating the hotel was fantastic.

Very noisy both from the beach road and adjacent building site meant that we could not enjoy our gorgeous room and balcony whilst we were there. The management whilst sympathetic did nothing to help. The day to day service and attention to detail was hit and miss there so not the best value for Money. The worst thing was, not even could we not get a late check out the hotel could not even provide somewhere to shower, so did an overnight flight in beach clothes.

They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and anticipated my needs before I even had to ask. The location of this hotel was perfect - right on the beach, providing stunning views and easy access to the crystal-clear waters. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and a terrace overlooking the breathtaking surroundings.

This hotel is a hidden gem that I cannot wait to tell my family and friends about. It exceeded all of my expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.
